In order to get the maximum benefits from a work out it has to be performed correctly and one way to do that is to be taught by someone who knows what they are doing. If someone is doing a regimen wrong will not receive all off the benefits that they should be. When a person does not know how to do the regimen they will not get the benefits they should and are more likely to give up.
