As you make your weekly goals, you will be more driven to go on to get through to the next stage of your goals.

Weight loss involves many emotions. During your diet you go through weeks where you find it painless to lose weight and weeks where it might appear impossible to lose. There is no problem to stay motivated when you lose the weight you want. But when you find it hard to achieve your weight loss goals it may be difficult to stay on track.
